The room was reasonably large and updated with 2 double beds. We slept very well. The location was handy back on the turnpike. Great value compared to other places - had a really good stay for the price.

the room was spotless with 2 double beds, i was happy about that. the location was peaceful and the staff was helpful and efficient during the whole stay! i found nice dunkin' by accident, it was relatively close to the hotel.

The staff were extremely courteous, and the location was conveniently close to I-90, with a great independent coffee roasters shop and numerous restaurants nearby.

Staff at front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She recommended a local restaurant nearby and also a small walking trail. We enjoyed both. Coffee was available in the lobby on our arrival an we were able to fill travel cups on our departure. The linens and towels were top notch. Well worth the price we paid.
For us staying only one night, the toilet/shower room worked out but was really small. For large people or singles traveling together, they may find this a negative.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It seemed like a very popular place for the working person that needed a clean quiet place to sleep. I say this because of all the trucks and service vehicles in the lot.

I had booked two non-smoking rooms. They had only 1 room reserved for me and they were fully booked. They ended up giving me another room that was reserved for a staff member but it was smoking and at the other end of the hotel. Definitely not a good first impression.

Everything in room worked well...Needs were accomodated
Sheets were not changed daily on a three night stay unless requested after the room was already cleaned. Advertisement for no sheet change was on bed and stated this this card out to assist in going green and not changing sheets.. Card was not out and sheets were not changed...It was a 90 degree three day stay.
